Prepared Environment
Every classroom is meticulously arranged to invite exploration. Materials are beautiful, purposeful, and available at child height — so children can choose and work independently.
The Directress Role

Mixed-Age Groups

Uninterrupted Work Periods
Long work cycles (2–3 hours) allow deep concentration. Interrupting a child mid-flow is considered disrespectful to their natural rhythm.
Concrete Materials
Abstract concepts are introduced through physical materials. A child learns fractions by holding them in their hands long before they see a symbol on a page.
